At Doghouse Recruitment, we put the human aspect back into recruitment. We saw a recruitment market dominated by short win CV pushers, and knew that by providing good personal service, we could make a difference. The difference between being treated like a number or appreciated as a person. So, after a solid number of years in recruitment, we decided to create our own path and opened our doors as Doghouse Recruitment in 2015.
To us, this means two things.
Firstly, we believe recruitment isn’t rocket science -you just have to put in the hard work. The work of truly understanding our clients and their needs, as well as the work of assessing and qualifying numerous candidates for every position. Constantly navigating between hard and soft requirements and expectations, on both sides.
Secondly, we apply a healthy dose of Dutch directness to the way we work. This is who we are. Honesty in our collaboration is the key to success. All cards on the table please! Time is precious, so we don’t want to waste yours.
We didn’t like the way the recruitment market was going and knew that there is a different way of doing things.
We are always 100% transparent in our processes. What we say, we’ll do and is exactly what you’ll get.
We value quality over quantity and believe in providing personal tailored service to each and every one of our clients. This allows us to be an effective talent filter, providing long-term value.
We are united by our passion to make a difference within the recruitment industry.
Our work makes a big difference to people’s lives, whether it's the candidates finding a rewarding new role, or the company finding the missing puzzle piece to take their team to the next level. Being trusted with this is a blessing, and a responsibility we take very seriously.
Combine this with our dedicated and direct way of working, a healthy dose of humour and the drive to be better than our competitors - and you can see why we have had such positive results.
Doghouse supports Trees For all and proudly makes an annual contribution to their projects.
